Description: Core C++ engine for lmebayes: envelope-based iid samplers,
        two-block Gibbs mixed-model engines, and optional OpenCL
        acceleration. Full-featured developer backend for lmebayes and
        extensions. End users should use lmebayes for lmer/glmer-style
        mixed-model workflows.
